Principles of Operation

The Centre consists of a wide range of statutory and voluntary organisations, which share the common goals of providing high-quality, accessible services for local people as well as those new to this country and their families.

The concept of our integrated service owes much to dialogue with past and present users of the service.
Harmony House is a charitable organisation which has developed an
innovative model of working with refugees.  At the same time it strives to integrate Refugees/Asylum Seekers with the local community.

We have found that innovation springs from the connectiveness between people and so we have sought to bring together a range of partners and ideas to explore the common ground which leads to solutions.

We begin our work with the expectation of success through a series of awareness raising sessions held throughout the year.  We enable Staff and Clients to focus on making our Mission Statement a dynamic reality.
